How Will My Order Ship?

In stock products deliver within 1-2 weeks. Using our experience and expertise we have determined the best shipping options for each product we carry to make sure you receive the fastest, safest, and most efficient delivery possible. Available shipping options will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Smaller Items (Small Parcel)

These items are small enough to safely ship with UPS or FedEx. Available shipping options may vary depending on the item but generally include:

1-Day Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 1 business day once the order ships.
2-Day Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 2 business days once the order ships.
Ground Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days once the order ships.

Large Items (Large Parcel)

We want to ensure your order is delivered to you in perfect condition quickly and efficiently. Items that are too large, fragile or heavy to ship with UPS / FedEx will ship with large parcel carriers who specialize in furniture delivery. We automatically select the best team of carriers for your delivery. Your order will be carefully and professional handled from start to finish making sure it arrives to you safe and sound.

The Delivery Process:

  1. Choose a delivery option for your larger item at checkout. Available shipping options may vary depending on the item. All options will be displayed at checkout.
  2. Your order is shipped from the warehouse. We'll send you an email as soon as your order is in transit.
  3. Your order is delivered to a Local White Glove Delivery Carrier. Your order is professionally transported with care by a Large Parcel carrier to a White Glove Delivery Carrier in your local area that specializes in professional residential furniture delivery and assembly.
  4. Schedule a delivery appointment. Upon receiving your order, the Local White Glove Delivery Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  5. Delivery Day. Please make sure to inspect your order upon delivery. If you have concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your item, simply describe the issue on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver, sign and accept your order and contact us for assistance.
